COLUMBUS, Ohio – A man died Thursday morning in a hit-and-run crash on Interstate 70 near Reynoldsburg, police said.

The crash happened just after 12:15 a.m. on I-70 between Bryce Road and I-270 in east Columbus.

The Columbus Police Dept says a man was found dead on the road. The vehicle suspected of the collision did not remain at the scene.

Police say two more people were injured in the accident. They were taken to the hospital, their condition is estimated to be stable.

I-70 at Brice Road has reopened after being closed for several hours for the investigation.
