Several of last year’s biggest box office hits are among the top honors at the 2023 Golden Globes.
BEVERLY HILLS, CA – The The 80th Golden Globe Awards are back after being eclipsed for a year amid an ethics and diversity scandal.
Reaction to last month’s Globe nominations was muted, with some stars celebrating publicly. But only one contender made a strong statement that he will not be present.
“Inisherina’s Banshee” is there among the leading nomineeswith several nods, including Best Motion Picture, Musical or Comedy and Best Actor for star Colin Farrell.
Among the series nominated, Abbott Elementary, Game of Thrones prequel House of the Dragon and Netflix’s Jeffrey Dahmer limited series received multiple nominations.
The broadcast from the Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills, California begins at 8pm ET on NBC. Check back throughout the night as more winners will be announced.
