COLUMBUS, Ohio — A 34-year-old man has been charged with murder in connection with a shooting in North Linden last week.

Franklin County Municipal Court documents say officers were dispatched to the 2800 block of Atwood Terrace for a report of a shooting.

Arriving officers found two victims and both were taken to Riverside Methodist Hospital.

Ronald Price, 60, died at the hospital. The second victim was shot three times, but he survived.

The victim, who survived, told the operatives the nickname of the man who shot them, but does not know his real name.

Court documents say detectives learned of a potential suspect and provided a photo array. The victim immediately identified Paul Anthony Banks, 34, as the man who shot him and Price.

Banks was charged with the killing on Friday and arrested the same day.
