TOLEDO, Ohio – October 2nd. Toledo police were dispatched to the scene of a car accident in north Toledo. The incident happened on Mulberry Street near Russell Street just before 11pm
Toledo Police determined Pedro Cedillo, 26, was southbound on Mulberry Street at Russell Street when he went over the curb and the sidewalk before hitting a tree.
Cedillo was taken to St. Vincent Medical Center in critical condition with life-threatening injuries.
Police are investigating the accident.
