TOLEDO, Ohio – A man was shot and killed early Friday morning in downtown Toledo.
It happened around 1 a.m. in the area of Collingwood Boulevard and Door Street. Toledo police tell WTOL the victim walked up to the Pinewood Place Apartments and told some residents that she had been shot.
The victim was taken to the hospital by a rescue team. Police say he was shot in the upper body and is expected to survive.
Officers were unable to locate the crime scene.
