WOOD COUNTY, Ohio — A semi crash early Friday caused a major standoff along I-75 in Wood County.

It happened just before 2am near the Buck Road exit. It appears that the polecat has hit the underside of the overpass on Lime City Road. Damage is visible on the top of the roof of the semi-trailer.

The damage caused all northbound lanes to be temporarily closed. The southbound lanes are not affected.

One lane was open to traffic while emergency crews cleared the scene.

Currently, traffic on the northbound lanes is stopped for several kilometers.

The injuries are currently unknown.
