In order to improve the workplace in modern workplaces, Adobe on Wednesday announced a partnership with technology giant Microsoft. Thanks to new advances in business processes and intelligent automation, Adobe has stated that it continues to provide its collaborative customers with state-of-the-art work experience focused on technology that improves teamwork, collaboration and efficiency.

“Through the deeper integration between Adobe and Microsoft we announced today, we continue to innovate to enhance today’s flexible and fast-growing workforce,” said Ashley Steele, senior vice president / general manager, Adobe Digital Media.

Adobe said it continues to rely on the Microsoft Teams platform to make the experience of editing, commenting, converting, signing, and collaborating on PDFs richer, more efficient, and personal without switching between different programs, user interfaces, or individual journals. ins.

Acrobat for Teams recently added single sign-on (SSO) convenience and introduced a personalized tab – the home page for saving all your recent documents, tools, and collaboration in one view. These new features are also available in Acrobat Sign for Teams, in addition to enabling signatures from Teams notifications. Now you can instantly sign with the document without breaking away from opening the browser or program.

Frame.io, now Adobe, will be reviewing Live Share integration with Frame.io on Build. This integration will show you how you can use a combination of Frame.io and Microsoft Teams for synchronized online work in progress reviews. Users will soon be able to apply Purview Information Protection shortcuts and policies to their most important documents in the desktop version of Acrobat.

The company said business leaders should add Purview Information Protection to standard business contracts traditionally used as PDFs, such as purchase orders, partnership agreements and service contracts, ensuring that only key stakeholders can view, manage and approve these documents.

“We make it easier for customers to streamline repetitive tasks, as well as connect data and applications, by bringing Power Automate directly to Acrobat Sign,” the company said.

“This means that organizations will be able to quickly automate the workflow and audit of electronic signatures in hundreds of business processes, such as field service requests, sales contracts, new forms of employment and IT requests,” it added.
