NIGHT ROYALTON, Ohio – Amber warning issued on Monday morning in connection with the abduction of a 12-year-old girl in northeast Ohio has been revoked.
The North Royalton Police Department in Cuiahogo County was looking for Tessa Kozelka. The Ohio Attorney General’s Office said about 2 a.m. she was picked up by her half-brother, 23-year-old Macy Stever, on Highway 82 and Deer Creek Drive in North Royalton.
Both the suspect and the victim are now in custody at the Cleveland Police Department, North Royalton Police Detective Nabi said.
They were found and detained on Tuesday only after 11:30 p.m.
