Police said Ana Walsh’s phone pinged her husband and wife’s home on Jan. 1 and 2 after she left Logan Airport in Boston for a flight to Reagan National Airport in Washington, D.C., but the 39-year-old mother of three not seen since.
From January 9 of this year Brian Walsh was held on $500,000 bond with initial allegations of misleading investigators.
Court documents say surveillance cameras at Home Depot caught him purchasing about $450 worth of merchandise. Police said items purchased included a mop, bucket and tarp.
Authorities said he could be charged with murder as early as Wednesday morning. The Norfolk County District Attorney’s Office confirmed with a defense attorney and court officials that Brian Walsh, 47, will be brought to Quincy District Court on Wednesday to be arraigned on the murder warrant. Criminal defense attorney Tracy Miner will represent Brian Walsh.
