Timothy Hilker, 51, Van Wert, pleaded not guilty to harassment with bodily substance, F5 and assault, F5 – released on bail; a preliminary hearing is scheduled for 2/8/23 at 9:30 a.m

Eric Hochman, 33, Ohio City, pleaded not guilty to 2 counts of forgery, F5 and identity fraud, F5 – released on bail; preliminary hearing set for 03/01/23 at 8:30 am

Michael Missler, 33, Convoy, pleaded not guilty to vandalism, F5 – released on bail; the preliminary hearing is scheduled for 02/22/23 at 10:00 a.m.

Anthony Oliver, 28, Van Wert, pleaded not guilty to domestic violence, F4 – released on bond with no contact order; preliminary hearing scheduled for 02/22/23 at 08:30

Jamal Pirani, 41, Findlay, pleaded not guilty to making a terroristic threat, F3, $100,000 cash or commercial surety bond; the preliminary hearing is scheduled for 02/22/23 at 10:00 a.m.

ACCUSATIONS

Rodney Perry, 30, Ohio City, pleaded not guilty to OVI, F4 – released on bail; preliminary hearing set for 3/8/23 at 9:30 a.m.

Jonathan P. Miller, 30, Delphos, pleaded not guilty to improper handling of a weapon in a motor vehicle, F4 – released on bail; preliminary hearing set for 3/8/23 at 9:30 a.m.

PROBATION/INTERVENTION IN VIOLATIONS OF LEU

Zachary Dominick, 34, Van Wert, possession of drugs, F5 – pleaded guilty to violating probation by failing a drug test and failing to appear for drug screening. He was sentenced to 180 days of arrest with credit for 36 days already served.

Kitty Johnson, 35, Delphos, Receiving Stolen Property, F5, and Forgery, F5 – Admitted to violating her community control by refusing to go to the WORTH Center. She was sentenced to 180 days in jail on each charge with credit for 97 days already served. Sentences to run concurrently.

Wayne Kimmel, 37, Pleasant Lake, IN, Aggravated Possession of Drugs, F3 – Pleaded to Violation of Intervention for Failing Drug Tests – Further hearing set for 03/01/23 at 9:00 AM

Crockery

James Jewell, 40, Van Wert, breaking and entering, F5 – sentenced to 180 days in jail with credit for 73 days already served, ordered to partially pay appointed attorney fees and court costs.

William Crutchfield, 50, Paulding, failure to provide notice of change of address, F4 – sentenced to 2 years community control, 1 year intensive supervision, 30 days jail later, no alcohol and non-prescription drugs, random checks, substance abuse evaluation and treatment, ordered to partially pay the appointed attorney’s fee and court costs.

CHANGE OF RECOGNITION

Timothy Hilker, 51, Van Wert, changed plea to assault, F5. The court ordered a pre-sentence hearing and scheduled sentencing for 3/22/23 at 9:00 AM.

Jose Sanchez, 44, Van Wert, changed plea to domestic violence, M1 – pretrial hearing scheduled and sentencing set for 3/22/23 at 10:00am.

Wilmore Lopez, 26, Van Wert, pleaded guilty to possession of cocaine, F5. The court scheduled a further hearing for 03/22/23 at 1:00 p.m
