PERIOD – On Tuesday morning on Belfonten Avenue, 1495, the ribbon was cut. A new metro on the east side of Lima will open.

Paige Collins cut the ribbon and shared her vision of the new diner. “(Metro), located on Harding Highway, will be closed. There is better parking, a bigger restaurant, more seats, travel, and it is easier to get in and out. This is our fresh place, so it is completely different than the whole subway. The journey will definitely add a new piece that the east side has been wanting for a while. ”

The move isn’t quite complete, but should be done in the next day or two.

Paige Collins and Jed Metzger, president and CEO of the Lima / Allen County Chamber of Commerce, cut the ceremonial ribbon in the subway at 1495 Bellefontaine Road.
