Memphis Grizzlies star Ja Morant has been suspended from all team activities after he appeared to be holding a gun in a video streamed on Instagram, the team said.

“He is suspended from all team activities pending a League review,” the Grizzlies tweeted. “We have no further comment at this time.”

It is unclear when exactly this happened or where Morant was when the video was taken. This is the second time Morant has been seen on social media holding what appears to be a gun. In early March A Grizzlies player streamed the video live shows himself on Instagram brandishing a gun at a club in Denver, Colorado.

NBA suspended him for eight games without payment after that event. Morant was also investigated by police, who declined to press charges.

“GPD has not been able to determine whether probable cause exists to file any charges,” the Glendale Police Department said in a March statement. “Even though the video was disturbing enough to warrant an investigation, it was there is not enough evidence available to charge anyone with a crime.”

After the incident with the first video, Morant issued a statement apologizing.

“I apologize to my family, teammates, coaches, fans, partners, the city of Memphis and the entire Grizzlies organization for letting you down,” he said at the time. “I’m going to take the time to get help and work on learning better ways to deal with stress and my overall well-being.”

The player has yet to release a statement about the latest video that has surfaced. His agent has also not released a statement yet. CBS News has contacted the NBA about the incident.
