Grove City announces lineups for summer events

GROVE CITY, Ohio — Summer fun is back Grove City later this month, families will also be able to enjoy free movies and concerts.

On Monday, the city announced the lineup for the Sizzle series of summer concerts and community outdoor movie nights.

The first concert starts on May 26 and will be held on Fridays from 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM in Town Center Park at 3359 Park Street.

Movie nights begin June 21 and will be held Wednesdays at 8:00 PM behind Church of the Naz at 4770 Hoover Road. The city says there will be an interactive movie-themed event every week at 7:30 p.m

• June 30, 7:00-8:30 p.m. Central Ohio Brass Band (Patriotic Marches & Jazz)
• July 7, Whiskey Would (classic rock and roll)
• July 21 50 Steps Up (rock)
• August 4, Lee Gantt Band (country, rock ‘n’ roll)
• August 18, The Conspiracy Band (R&B, Rock ‘n’ Roll & Jazz)
