How Ellen Yin turned her love of the restaurant industry into a culinary empire

Growing up in Monmouth County, New Jersey, Asian-American restaurateur Ellen Yin didn’t see many people who looked like her. She eventually found her home in the restaurant industry and dedicated her life to the culinary world. Now she manages several restaurants in Philadelphia, which serve a wide variety of dishes.
