With this feature, IRCTC customers can easily track their journeys on WhatsApp. With this tool, they can track train status and other travel-related information without having to download additional apps.

Passengers of Indian Railways can get PNR status, current train status, previous and upcoming station details and other train journey information using WhatsApp chatbot.

By simply entering the 10-digit PNR number into the WhatsApp chatbot, you will get all the information. For real-time train status, IRCTC customers can also call the railway helpline on 139.

Here are the steps to check PNR status and live train updates via Railofy on WhatsApp:

  • Save Railofy WhatsApp chatbot number in your contacts: +91-9881193322.
  • Search for Railofy on WhatsApp to launch a chat window.
  • Enter your 10-digit PNR number in the chat box.
  • You will get all the information including notifications and real-time updates regarding your train journey from the Railofy chatbot.

IRCTC passengers can also place food orders while traveling in the train. Passengers can buy food online and have it delivered directly to their destination using the IRCTC Zoop app.

Steps to order food using IRCTC Zoop app:

  • Open the WhatsApp Chatbot for Zoop.
  • Enter your 10-digit PNR number.
  • Next, select a station that will soon be available for food delivery.
  • You can choose from a list of options provided by restaurants using Zoop’s chatbot.
  • You can track your food from the chatbot itself after placing your online food order and payment.
  • When you arrive by train at your chosen stop, Zoop will deliver your food to you.
