PUT-IN-Bay – The Put-in-Bay School Board has announced the hiring of a new school principal for 2022-2023. Mr. Scott Mangas, currently head of the local school district of Ataville, Ohio, was appointed the new head at a board meeting in Put in Bay.
Mangas has been an administrator in Otaville for more than twenty-three years, acting as director and manager. Mr. Mangas holds a Bachelor’s degree in Special Education and Teaching from the University of Toledo and a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Findlay University. Prior to his stay in Otaville, Mr. Mangas worked in Leipzig schools for six years.
