Police are investigating the “suspicious death” of a man found dead in Hilltop

COLUMBUS, Ohio – A man was found inside a Hilltop neighborhood home Sunday Columbus Police Dept is investigating his death as suspicious.

Shortly before 5:35 p.m., officers were called to the 500 block of South Hague Avenue, north of Sullivant Avenue, for a report of a deceased person. When the medics arrived, the man was pronounced dead at 6:02 p.m

Police say detectives are awaiting a coroner’s report on the cause and manner of death. The man’s identity will be released after next of kin has been notified.
