A ProPublica investigation published Thursday revealed that Texas developer and Republican donor Harlan Crowe paid for Judge Clarence Thomas’ grandnephew to attend two private schools. The report is the latest in a series of revelations about Thomas’ relationship with Crowe, a friendship spanning more than two decades. CBS News spoke with one of the co-authors of the investigation, Justin Elliott. CBS News Chief Legal Correspondent Ian Crawford has more.
