Columbus, Ohio – Police are investigating an incident where officials say five people broke into a house and then were shot.
According to Columbus police, the incident occurred in the 7000 quarter of Gable Stone Lane in northern Columbus.
The victim told police that people broke into his house and then realized they were in the wrong house. The group apologized and left the house.
Minutes later, police said five people saw the man, who was probably their alleged victim, and shot him. Shots were then fired at the group.
Police say five people are believed to be between the ages of 18 and 25. Officials have released several other details about their descriptions.
There are no victims.
