The Biden administration is preparing to end Section 42 border policy on Thursday

The US Border Patrol has averaged more than 8,000 daily migrant apprehensions over the past three days, according to agency chief Raul Ortiz. It comes amid fears of a bigger surge when Section 42, the pandemic-era border policy, expires on Thursday. CBS News Chief Washington Correspondent Major Garrett joins the others.
