Nisachon Morgan and her husband Steve Morgan are the chefs of one of the best Thai restaurants in the US, Saap, located in Randolph, Vermont, cooking authentic Thai food to order. Rung was recently recognized as “Best Chef in the Northeast” by the James Beard Foundation. For our The Dish series, Ian Crawford traveled to Vermont to meet the chefs and sample their famous food.
