TOLEDO, Ohio — If you have questions about your financial future but don’t have access to local banking services, the Fifth Third Bank Financial Empowerment Mobile is rolling through Toledo to “empower our community through financial education.”
Many communities most in need of financial assistance and education lack access, so for more than a decade, Fifth Third Bank’s solution has been to put that access on wheels through electronic bus.
The eBus is essentially a mobile classroom with 12 computers, Wi-Fi, satellite technology and Fifth Third bankers to help. Volunteer Fifth Third Bank employees and representatives from community partners will greet customers when they board the bus.
Services offered include:
- Credit reports and scores.
- Financial decision-making tools.
- Fraud awareness and prevention.
- Workforce Development Information.
- Seminars and information on home ownership.
