Tornadoes ravage the Southeast, increasing the risk of flooding in California

California’s deadly storms continued to take their toll on Wednesday, as officials urged Monterey County residents to evacuate and members of the California National Guard joined another day of searching for a missing 5-year-old boy swept away by flooding Monday.
