You can help decide which Cincinnati bartenders make the best drinks at Cincinnati’s annual Alchemy Fest this weekend.
Smoke Justis is hosting Alchemy Fest on Sunday, May 21st from 2-8pm. Fifteen crafty local bartenders will compete in the preliminary round – five in each round. Each 45-minute preliminary round will be sponsored by a distillery and the bartenders will use their products. The first round will be at Three Keys Distillery; The second round is the Log Still still; and the third round is Michter’s Distillery.
Alchemy Fest ticket holders will be able to vote for their favorite cocktails in a preliminary round, with the top two votes in each round advancing to the finals. Three guest judges—cocktail queen Molly Wellman, Alchemy Fest 2022 winner Jade Colwell, and Boars Room general manager Dan Altom—will then select the winners.
The winner will be announced at 20:00 and the top three bartenders will receive cash. In addition to plenty of cocktails, Alchemy Fest will also feature live music and arts and crafts vendors.
