The United States and Brazil may cooperate in the investigation of Sunday’s attack on the Brazilian Congress and other federal buildings. Reuters reports that lawmakers from both countries signed a joint statement condemning political violence. Secretary of State Anthony Blinken said that “if” Brazil makes a formal request for US assistance, Washington will respond “promptly.” Russia will send a new capsule to the International Space Station next month to bring home three crew members, including an American. The original capsule was damaged by a meteorite in December. And tennis champion Naomi Osaka says she is pregnant.
