Samsung is gearing up to roll out Android 13 on its existing flagship phones. The company hasn’t shared any official details on the matter, but a new report suggests that the South Korean giant will have Android 13 running on the latest Galaxy flagship devices by the end of 2022.

The new version of Android will have OneUI 5.0 on top of it. Over the past few years, Samsung has made an impressive turnaround by focusing on software and updates. And since Android 13 is now available in the market, we expected the company to push the new version at least on high-end devices this year.

The the report from Pickup truck offers a similar plan as Android 13 is expected to run on the following Galaxy flagship phones in 2022:

– Samsung Galaxy S21 series
– Samsung Galaxy S22 series
– Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4, Z Fold 3
– Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3, Z Flip 3

It’s not surprising to see these models get the Android 13 update before other Galaxy phones. Samsung has a strong policy of multiple OS and security updates these days, and a stable OneUI 5.0 build for these high-end Samsung phones is the way to go.

In addition to this, Samsung may also bring OneUI 5.0 to the Galaxy A53 smartphone, according to the same report, making it Samsung’s first non-flagship phone in 2022. We still suggest you wait for Samsung to confirm these timelines and check if their plans match the details given in the report.

Last month, Samsung launched the new Galaxy Z Fold and Flip models, and both products received various improvements. With the Fold 4, you get a stronger hinge that makes it durable, but the crease on the inner screen is still visible. The Galaxy Z Flip 4 is priced at Rs 89,999, while the Galaxy Z Fold 4 is priced at Rs 1,54,999. India this year.
